An insurance-covered taxi ride means that the customer’s travel costs may be partially or fully covered by their insurance policy.

Such situations may include, for example:

• Traffic accidents

• Travel continuation assistance / roadside assistance services

• Insurance-covered trips to medical treatments

If you already have a decision confirming reimbursement for your trip, we will invoice the ride directly to the insurance company. In urgent cases, the trip can be paid to us first and then reimbursed by the insurance company upon presentation of a receipt. We will assist you if needed. We cooperate with all insurance companies.
